7. How does booking works? Any tour you are interested in to do. You can book through website booking form. After receiving your basic details ( such as :: Name - Email - Mobile - Tour date - Hotel Name ), our booking teams will reply you confirmation email with pick time.

Cancellation By making a booking with local tour company / operator ( BDT Tourism Services LLC ) , you accept the cancellation policy of that tour operator, and any other terms and conditions specific to that tour operator. The cancellation policy of each tour is made clearly available on the particular trip’s booking page prior to booking. We recommend that you ensure you have read the cancellation policy fully before completing your booking. If you wish to modify or cancel a booking, please contact our customer service by telephone or email, where we will be happy to help. Please note that depending on the cancellation policy of tour operator, you may not be entitled to a full or partial refund.
9. Online Payments and Payment Methods Payment for tours / trips can be made through Credit card or bank transfer . Online payments can be made with Credit or Debit cards through Second Party secure online payment provider, Cards which are accepted include Mastercard, and Visa, but will depend on your country of origin. All card payments are made on Easypay’s platform and True Blue Travel Dubai does not handle any card details. For bank transfer, True Blue Travel Dubai Company bank details will be provided once the booking is made. Once the customer transfers the payment to the account, Please share the Bank Transaction id or proof via email.
